The Frontpage Manager displays a list of the Content items assigned to the FrontPage Component.

Toolbar Icons

Select Content Items by clicking the checkbox at the start of each row. 

Remove: Click the 'Remove' icon to remove the Content Items from the Frontpage Component.

JS Tree

This navigation tree provides shortcuts to access various aspects of the Administration related to Content Items.
Static Content links to the Static Content Manager.
Then all sections defined on your site are displayed with their categories to change the display of the Content Items Manager to the categpry or section linked.
Frontpage
links to the FrontPage Manager.
Archive links to the Archive Manager.
Trash links to the Trash Manager

Filters

From left to right:
Search a Contenty by name.
State: displays depending on Publish or Unpublished state.
Access: displays depending on the type of user access level.
Author: displays depending on the type of author level
Section: displays depending on name of the section.
Category: displays depending on the name of the category.

Column Descriptions

Clicking on any title will order the items according to the title clicked.

Check Box/Padlock: Click this to select the item. A padlock icon will replace the Check Box if the item is checked-out. Clicking on it will check-in the item on an individual basis. If this item has been checked out by another manager/administrator, please contact the administrator of your site for him/her to Check-in the item. When checked, clicking the Toolbar Icons will perform the various actions available.

Title: This is the title of the Content item. Click here to edit content.

Section: This is the Section the items belong to. Click to edit the Section.

Category: This is the Category that the Content Item belongs to. Click to edit the category.

Published: This shows whether the item is published. Hover over this icon to see a summary of the publishing information. Click to change state.

Reorder: This shows the order of Menu Items in the menu. Click the arrow icons to move the item up or down in the list.

Order: Shows the order of Menu Items in the menu. You may change it by editing 2 # conjointly and clicking on the ‘Save Order’ icon in the heading.

Access: This is the user access level for the content item. Click on the Access level to switch it to another value. Public, Registered or Special.
 
ID: There is the ID for each content as defined in the database.

At the bottom of the list you may see a pagination feature, which will allow you to navigate to the next set of items in the list. You can also set the number of items displayed on a page by selecting the number in the drop down box at the bottom of the screen.
